Elections will take place, as well as a Special Resolution: A motion to adopt the newly created Constitution and Bylaws, dated March 29, 2012, and replace the existing Constitution and Bylaws in their entirety. AWG Gold and Silver For Mens and Women's Teams: CONGRATULATIONS TO OUR MEN'S AND WOMEN'S VOLLEYBALL TEAMS, who have secured Gold and Silver respectively at this year's Arctic Winter Games. UPDATE: Volleyball Yukon has been returned to Good Standing with Corporate Affairs.

Payments and forms can be dropped off at Sport Yukon in a sealed envelope with SUB ZERO VOLLEYBALL and the athletes name on it. Receipts will be issued once I receive and process the payment. The registration fee is past due. Please remit this if you haven't already. It is $150 for (U14 - 16) and $200 for (U17/18).
TRAVEL PAYMENT SCHEDULE
First Travel Payment $200 due by Jan 15th
Second Travel Payment $275 due by Feb 15th
Final Travel Payment $275 due by March 1st
Remaining balance due at travel meeting just prior to travel.
Fundraising Credits are applied to your account as they are earned. Credit balances will be paid out at the travel meeting.
