Subzero Practice Schedule (effective Jan. 12, 2010) SubZero Travel Forms About SubZero Volleyball Sub Zero Volleyball (SZV) officially began in 2007. We have taken more than 200 athletes to nationals over the last few years, and prior to SZV being formed approximately 85 other athletes have traveled to Nationals. Through your participation in Club Volleyball you will get more instruction and opportunity to develop your skills as you play throughout your high school career. Should you so desire, there may be opportunities for you to become part of Team Yukon in any of the 3 major games: Arctic Winter Games, Western Canada Summer Games or Canada Summer Games. Your involvement in this sport on a more year-round basis will help your development if you would like to pursue this major games focus, improve your skills for high school or even looking into playing volleyball at the post-secondary level. Whichever route you take, your involvement in Sub Zero will be designed to have a long lasting positive impact on your life. We encourage athletes from the communities and from any high school to be involved. As with any sport, commitment, dedication and desire to improve are requisite components of success. |
